Great location near Iolida Beach, in a fantastic area. the staff was super friendly all the time. the rooms were pretty spacious, and having a sofa bed, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card was awesome! 🌟

We were in Agia Marina for 5 days, had fairly nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with exceptionally nice location enough to get ready to go to the Restaurant. Location: the property was not far from agia marina and the beach and all the shops.

With a large family in tow, our stay at Iolida Village Water Park Hotel was perfect for us. The spacious rooms were centrally located, allowing our kids to freely explore the pools and dining areas without us worrying. The friendly and informative staff made our experience even better, while the excellent food and entertaining show programs added to the overall enjoyment of our family vacation.

My children wanted more attention to the pool areas, as some guests reserved sunbeds like their private property. I suggest implementing a fair system to ensure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the pool with their kids.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor of the hotel. The general areas were elegant and tastefully designed, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The pathways were flat and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around the property.

It would have been even better if there were more activities specifically catered to senior guests. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, I would have loved to see more options tailored to the needs and interests of senior travelers.

The water park was a blast and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious, especially the Cretan cuisine. Can't forget the lovely view of the sea and harbor. Absolutely unforgettable!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathrobes and slippers provided in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion, some people might still enjoy them.

We stayed at Iolida Village Water Park for a family vacation and it was perfect! The variety of pools and slides kept the kids entertained, while the high standard of all-inclusive food impressed both kids and adults. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the modern rooms were a great touch. The location was convenient, with bars, shops, and restaurants nearby, and the free parking was a plus. The aqua park was a huge hit with the kids, and at only 240 euros a day for a family of four, it was excellent value for money. Couldn't have asked for more!

People would reserve sunbeds and leave them unattended all day, making it difficult for others to find space. , the food was repetitive and lacked variety, forcing us to eat out.
